Timeshare

Timeshare ownership allows the enjoyment of a property in Mexico without having to purchase or maintain it. Typically many owners share the property for a specific amount of time. It is not unusual to have as many as 52 or more owners for timeshares. For one to several weeks during the year the property is available for use to each owner. 

Timeshares can come in variety of options. Some are biennial (every other year), while some offer multi-week stays.

Many properties, such as Mayan Palace, have timeshares available. Timeshares can be rented out, usually through property management companies.

Timeshares allow the benefits of vacationing in Rocky Point at a more affordable price than staying at hotels or renting property. Many timeshare programs offer an exchange program for owners to stay in other properties with the same benefits.
