Please read our policies carefully. Each resort has a specific policy for refunds, cancellations, and payments.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card payments and EFT (EFT payment receives a discount) . We break our payments down into two payments.
- At the time of booking a reservation, we charge 50% of the total reservation cost. (For Sonoran Sun - Las Palomas - Bella Sirena - La Princesa de Penasco - Marina Pinacate - Casa Blanca - Las Gaviotas only.)
- Within thirty (30) days of your arrival, we will charge the remaining balance of the reservation cost.
- Any reservation made within thirty (30) days of your arrival date will be charged in full.
Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy
- Confirmed reservations which are cancelled before thirty (30) calendar days of your check in date will result in a $150.00 cancellation fee. This will be subtracted from the initial payment.
- A cancellation within thirty (30) days will result in a charge of one-hundred percent (100%) of your payment.
There are no refunds for early departures. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for holiday dates which includes Spring Break.

Credit Card PAYMENT POLICY
- Sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival we will charge $150.
- Between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days of your arrival we will charge 50% of the total cost.
- Within thirty (30) days of your arrival we will charge 100% of the total cost.
Anything reservation made within thirty (30) days of your arrival date will be charged in full.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) PAYMENT POLICY
- At the time of booking a reservation, we charge 50% of the total reservation cost.
- Within thirty (30) days of your arrival, we will charge the remaining balance of the reservation cost.
- Any reservation made within thirty (30) days of your arrival date will be charged in full.

We strictly enforce our policies; if you feel that you or your group cannot abide by the following policies, please contact us immediately.
Homes have their own holiday schedules. A list of recognized holidays can be found by clicking here. This is very important as there are NO refunds for holidays.

As a courtesy to our customers, the $250 security deposit for homes will be verified at check-in. Clients must still abide by all of our cancellation policies.

- At the time of booking a reservation, we charge 50% of the total reservation cost.
(TOTAL charged includes rent, tax, and cleaning fee)
- Within thirty (30) days of your arrival, we will charge the remaining balance of the total reservation cost.
- Any reservation made within thirty (30) days of your arrival date will be charged in full, including the security deposit.
Reservations will not be held if the Booking Deposit or Balance Payments are not received by the respective due dates.
Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy
- Confirmed reservations which are cancelled before thirty (30) calendar days of your check in date will result in a $150.00 cancellation fee or 20% of the booking deposit whichever is more. This will be subtracted from the initial payment.
- A cancellation made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled arrival, the customer will forfeit the amount of the booking deposit. In the case of our homes, this amount is equal to $250.00.
- A cancellation within fourteen (14) days will result in a charge of one-hundred percent (100%) of your payment excluding the booking deposit.
